Product Designer

About the role

Kreda Global is looking for a Product Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences for its web and mobile products. You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate business goals into user‑centred designs that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile platforms, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align designs with business objectives and user needs.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual and interaction specifications.
• Maintain and evolve Kreda’s design system and UI component library.
• Continuously improve product usability based on feedback and analytics.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced product environment.
• Creative, user‑first mindset with a willingness to iterate and accept feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• Basic familiarity with front‑end development principles.
