Procurement Officer

About the role

Eko Maintenance Limited is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to support both operational and project‑based purchasing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring cost‑effective sourcing while maintaining compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Request and evaluate vendor quotations for operational and project needs.
• Prepare comparative bid analyses and recommend cost‑effective, technically suitable options.
• Create, process, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) while coordinating approval workflows.
• Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and internal controls.
• Support audit activities by providing required procurement documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, inventory, and finance teams for delivery tracking and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience in import/export procurement operations is an advantage.

Required skills

• SAP MM proficiency
