Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join D’xplorer Cakes and Catering Services Ltd in Lagos. The role will support our production team by ensuring a reliable supply of baking ingredients, packaging and other essential items.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase baking ingredients, packaging materials and supplies.
• Compare vendor prices, negotiate costs and verify quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger timely replenishment and prevent stock‑outs.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and track vendor performance.
• Prepare and keep accurate procurement records including purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
• Ensure all purchased items meet company specifications and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proximity to the company’s location (Wawa, Opic, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu, Magodo) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
