Plumbing Technician

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Plumbing Technician to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of plumbing systems across our properties, ensuring safe and efficient water, heating, and drainage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of all plumbing pipes and fittings in common areas.
• Repair any plumbing‑related leakages promptly.
• Carry out a monthly inventory of all plumbing materials stored on site.
• Inspect, install, modify, and maintain plumbing fixtures in heating, water, and drainage systems.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience or professional experience in a related field.
• Proof of Trade Test Certificate.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to prepare periodic reports.
