Pharmacist – Retail/Clinical Pharmacy

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Lagos. The role involves dispensing medicines, providing patient counseling, and supporting customers both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications after verifying prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, drug interactions and proper medication use.
• Educate customers on medicines, supplements and wellness products and guide them to suitable options.
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in and online customers, delivering a friendly experience.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality while handling inquiries and complaints.
• Process payments, issue receipts and ensure a smooth checkout process.

Required profile

• Valid practicing pharmacist license.
• 2–3 years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and patient‑care orientation.
• Good knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions and pharmacy regulations.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
• Honest, accountable and detail‑oriented.
