People and Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People and Culture Coordinator will partner with clients to identify business and people challenges, design tailored HR solutions, and drive cultural initiatives. This role blends consulting, project management, and talent development to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to understand client needs and translate them into HR strategies.
• Design and implement customized organizational solutions, including learning frameworks and performance support plans.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and delivery quality across multiple initiatives.
• Lead culture programs, employee engagement activities, and values alignment efforts.
• Develop coaching, mentoring, and capability‑building programs for staff at all levels.
• Support talent acquisition processes such as recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
• Enhance communication, feedback, and engagement systems within client organizations.
• Utilise HR technology and data analytics to monitor learning outcomes and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum six years of HR or consulting experience, preferably in fast‑paced or tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proven project‑management capability.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work across multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
