Partnership Manager

About the role

The Partnership Manager will lead Boubid Africa’s efforts to secure strategic collaborations and resources that drive our mission across Nigeria. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute partnership strategies with corporations, donors, government bodies and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high‑value partnership opportunities with global corporations, international donors, philanthropic groups and government agencies.
• Design and deliver compelling proposals, donation tiers and presentation decks aligned with the organization’s vision.
• Manage a pipeline of potential partners, negotiate and finalize Memoranda of Understanding and contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring regular communication, impact reporting and appropriate recognition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill partnership commitments, monitor performance indicators and report progress.
• Maintain a detailed database of partnerships, produce regular performance summaries and integrate co‑branding activities to raise the organization’s profile.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in partnerships, resource mobilization or business development within the NGO/non‑profit sector in Nigeria.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants, corporate sponsorships or institutional funding.
• Established network of contacts in corporate CSR, international development agencies and related institutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and report partnership outcomes.
