Packaging Machine Operator – Full-time in Ikeja, Lagos

About the role

Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated Packaging Machine Operator to join its beverage production line in Ikeja, Lagos. The role is full‑time and focuses on operating and maintaining film‑wrapping equipment that packages a range of drinks and water products.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, shut‑down, routine maintenance and basic repairs of film‑wrapping machines.
• Monitor production line performance and quickly resolve common equipment issues.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement practical measures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and company regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth, high‑quality production flow.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience operating film‑wrapping machines in the beverage industry.
• Solid knowledge of machine operation procedures and ability to work independently.
• Strong awareness of efficiency improvement and a proactive attitude.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, with good teamwork and communication skills.
• High safety awareness and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced production environment.
