Outlet Manager

About the role

Ferdie Marie Solutions is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations of its quick‑service restaurant in Lagos Marina. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and upselling.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolve escalations promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and maintain proper inventory control.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.
• Proven experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
