About the role
The Operations Support Officer will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of complaints and disputes. This role is based in Abuja and focuses on maintaining smooth operational processes, especially around reconciliation and dispute handling.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on user (customer) complaints and abnormal problems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement systems for lodging disputes and ensure effective resolution.
- Work closely with various departments to create a unified approach to reconciliation processes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
