Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics of rental equipment, ensuring timely loading, transport, installation, dismantling and return. This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple sites in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations including loading, transportation, installation, dismantling and return of rental items.
• Ensure all deliveries, installations and pickups are completed on schedule.
• Lead and coordinate Team Leads, Drivers and Field Officers.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and enforce fleet safety standards.
• Carry out site inspections ahead of major installations.
• Monitor and reconcile rental inventory; report shortages or damages.
• Enforce health & safety procedures and proper PPE use.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve operational issues on‑site.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline.
• At least 12 months of experience in operations, logistics or event execution (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time‑sensitive deliveries.
