About the role
Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead its travel and tour division in Lagos. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of tour packages, coordinating all logistics and maintaining high service standards for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily tour and travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.
- Coordinate with service providers and supervise operations staff to guarantee smooth execution of travel packages.
- Resolve operational challenges and address customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service quality, control costs and improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in travel or tourism operations.
- Strong organizational, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of travel operations and customer service practices.
