Terminal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee daily terminal operations, ensuring smooth vehicle movements, passenger boarding, and high-quality customer service at our Owerri terminal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily terminal operations, including vehicle departures, arrivals, and passenger boarding.
• Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and operational personnel while monitoring safety, compliance, and vehicle availability.
• Oversee ticketing, collections, expenses, and overall terminal performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, logistics managers, the operations team, and senior management.
• Prepare regular operational reports and promptly escalate incidents or challenges.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in transport management, business administration, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management (approximately 4 years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges.
• Preference for candidates residing in Owerri, Imo; male candidates preferred based on current operational requirements.
