Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the company's daily operational activities in Lagos. The role focuses on aligning projects, field teams, logistics and internal processes with our business objectives, ensuring smooth execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring that each function runs efficiently and supports the company's strategic goals.
• Manage projects, field teams, logistics and resources, guaranteeing that internal processes are effectively organized to meet operational and business targets.
• Monitor project progress continuously, identify any delays or operational challenges, and implement timely corrective actions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational performance updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas requiring attention.

Required profile

• At least four years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar field.
• Minimum educational qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a related discipline.
