About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our hotel and suites in Lagos. The role ensures smooth coordination across departments, maintains high guest satisfaction, and drives operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations.

- Implement operational policies.
- Control budgets and costs.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiency.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with hotel management software.
