Operational Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations at Teestone Hotel and Apartment in Lagos. The role ensures excellent guest service, smooth departmental coordination, and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all hotel departments.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly resolve complaints.
• Monitor staff performance, enforce policies, and assist with scheduling.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Coordinate communication and workflow with department heads.
• Monitor inventory levels and report operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and update hotel management.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Assist revenue‑generating activities to achieve occupancy and service targets.
• Handle emergencies and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
