Operation Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our property portfolio in Lagos, ensuring smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintain service standards across all departments.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses and overall operational performance.
• Address guest complaints promptly and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• HND or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel or serviced‑apartment management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management and overall business operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using property management systems.
