About the role
We are looking for a passionate Mixologist to join our team in Lagos Marina. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of teas while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
- Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of tea brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet demand.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
