About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to craft high‑quality cocktails and beverages, deliver exceptional bar service, and enhance the overall guest experience in our vibrant venue.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and overall quality for every order served.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and hygienic at all times, following safety protocols.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report any shortages promptly.
• Engage customers professionally, take drink orders accurately, and provide friendly service.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience working as a mixologist in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
