MEP Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The MEP Maintenance Supervisor will lead the daily maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems for BashleeNG in Lagos. This role ensures that all building services run efficiently, safely and in compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot faults and minimise downtime.
• Lead technicians, artisans and external contractors during maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and service reports.
• Coordinate repairs and follow up on outstanding maintenance issues.
• Monitor usage of maintenance materials, tools and spare parts.

Required profile

• HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance, facilities management or building services.
• Proven ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication, organizational and reporting skills.
