Architect / Project Manager

About the role

ZICS is seeking an experienced Architect to lead its operations, bringing a unique blend of design excellence and project management acumen. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architecture and design, coupled with the ability to manage complex projects, oversee product development, and drive innovation in smart product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Lead the design process for smart doors, gates, and furniture, balancing aesthetic and functional excellence.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful product delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technologists to integrate cutting‑edge technology into products.
• Drive product innovation by applying architectural principles and staying abreast of smart‑home trends.
• Engage with clients to translate needs into practical, innovative solutions.
• Ensure all products meet ZICS’s standards for design, functionality, and durability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience managing operations or leading project teams.
• Strong understanding of smart‑technology integration in design.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Creative problem‑solving and keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
