Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will act as the bridge between Bridges Pharma Limited and healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical portfolio across Lagos. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors and retail pharmacies to ensure product visibility and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retail pharmacies.
• Plan and execute daily visits to hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper product visibility and shelf placement during regular territory visits.
• Organise product presentations and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and report insights.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales data and customer interactions.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or B.Sc. in pharmacology, biochemistry, microbiology or related biosciences.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical representative or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
