Medical Data Validation – Short‑Term Contract (2‑Week)

About the role

Helium Health is launching a high‑output, two‑week project to standardise and validate clinical, pharmacy and laboratory records using AI‑assisted tools. The role is open to medical students, recent graduates and early‑career professionals who can work quickly and accurately to process large data volumes.

Key responsibilities

• Validate a minimum of 3,000 records per day across laboratory, pharmacy and clinical datasets.
• Apply LOINC coding standards to laboratory and diagnostic data and correct AI‑generated suggestions.
• Map and validate medication data using RxNorm standards, reviewing AI‑generated pharmacy records.
• Assign and validate ICD‑10 diagnostic codes for clinical records and refine prediction engine outputs.
• Perform a mandatory 25% audit of daily record batches and resolve any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Laboratory Scientist or related clinical field).
• Familiarity with clinical coding systems such as ICD‑10, LOINC and RxNorm.
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy while handling large data volumes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Availability for the full two‑week period, including weekends.
