Mechanical MEP Supervisor

About the role

The Mechanical MEP Supervisor will lead on‑site mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations for the Radisson RED Lagos hospitality project. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lagos and reports to project management, ensuring work complies with design, safety and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily MEP work activities on the construction site.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality.
• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage materials, equipment, and documentation for MEP installations.
• Participate in site meetings, enforce safety procedures, and support testing, commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• Proven experience supervising MEP works on construction or facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety standards in Lagos.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
