About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and availability of our machinery. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing maintenance activities while minimizing downtime across our facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organise daily mechanical maintenance tasks to guarantee machine availability.
- Delegate, supervise, and verify maintenance work performed by junior staff.
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and identify spare‑part requirements.
- Implement and enforce equipment checklists on site to reduce downtime.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including report writing.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
