Mechanical Engineer – HVAC Design & Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer specialized in HVAC to join our construction projects in Lagos. The role involves designing, documenting and supervising HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HVAC and mechanical system designs, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical documentation for mechanical works.
• Provide technical expertise in HVAC design, installation, and system coordination.
• Supervise on‑site installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Lead and coordinate technicians and engineering teams to ensure quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical projects in both site and office environments.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (and related engineering tools).
