Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mani Recruits is looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join its team in Lagos. You will play a key role in analysing market dynamics, shaping promotional strategies and driving brand awareness for a manufacturing and warehousing business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse consumer behaviour, purchase trends and competitor activities to inform targeting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support organisational goals and increase market share.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer preferences and new business opportunities.
• Plan and implement promotional activities that boost brand visibility and drive sales.
• Generate leads, nurture prospects and support revenue growth through effective campaigns.
• Engage with customers, respond to inquiries and implement retention strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• At least 3 years (36 months) of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage marketing initiatives.
