Marketing & Sales Personnel

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Personnel will support E-direct in expanding its market presence within the hospitality sector. Based in Lagos, the role combines proactive business development with the promotion of the company’s products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and market the company’s products and services.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
