Marketing Executive (Digital & Social Media)

About the role

Ascentech is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead its digital and social media initiatives. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and supporting e‑commerce operations in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business, and manage content calendars.
• Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Set up and optimise Meta/Facebook & Instagram ads to generate leads and sales.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CPC, CPA and conversions.
• Handle social media DMs, comments, customer enquiries and influencer partnerships.
• Test additional channels like WhatsApp broadcasts, email/SMS, and marketplace platforms.
• Support order processing, payment confirmation, inventory checks, delivery coordination and basic after‑sales issues.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, e‑commerce or D2C.
• Proven track record managing brand social media accounts with measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and good understanding of the Nigerian consumer market.
