About the role
The Marketing & Client Retention Officer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain and grow relationships with the firm’s clients. The role involves keeping clients informed about new activities, tax obligations and other compliance matters, while promoting the firm across all available channels.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to continuously interface with clients.
- Handle both online and offline client inquiries promptly.
- Reach out to clients to update them on new firm activities and services.
- Follow up with clients regarding tax obligations and other compliance requirements.
- Promote the firm through any available marketing channel.
Required profile
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
