Marketing and Sales Officer

About the role

The Marketing and Sales Officer will drive the promotion and distribution of farm produce and agro‑allied products for Oak and Ebony Investment Limited. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on sales execution to grow market share in the agriculture sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for farm produce and agro‑allied products.
• Identify and build relationships with retailers, distributors and other customers.
• Generate sales, follow up on leads and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Manage customer orders, enquiries and after‑sales relationships.
• Promote products through direct marketing, social media and other appropriate channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market opportunities.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within agriculture, FMCG or agro‑allied sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
