Marketing and Communications Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Marketing and Communications Lead to shape and elevate our brand within the luxury fashion market in Nigeria. You will own the brand narrative, drive customer acquisition, and build strategic partnerships that support international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and strengthen market positioning.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand‑awareness initiatives across digital, content, and email channels.
• Manage press relations, secure editorial features, and coordinate media outreach.
• Identify and pursue strategic international growth opportunities and partnerships with luxury retailers, stockists, and showrooms.
• Negotiate collaborations with luxury brands, hotels, lifestyle companies, and cultural institutions.
• Establish measurable KPIs for marketing, communications, and partnership performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury marketing, communications, PR, business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record working with fashion, luxury or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of international luxury markets and commercial strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and end‑to‑end campaign execution.
