Market Penetration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Market Penetration Officer to drive the introduction and sales of our products across Lagos markets. The role focuses on expanding our presence with retailers and wholesalers, building strong relationships, and delivering measurable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to retailers and wholesalers, ensuring high visibility and accessibility.
• Visit high‑traffic markets regularly to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer reach within assigned territories.
• Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to production and management teams to support product improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 24 months of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local retail and wholesale environments.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
