Market Activation Agent – Field Sales for Beauty Businesses

About the role
The Market Activation Agent will act as Bookanizer’s on‑ground representative in Lagos, visiting beauty businesses to introduce the platform and guide them through a complete onboarding process. This is a performance‑driven, field‑based role with daily targets and incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Visit beauty businesses in the assigned area, introduce Bookanizer and persuade owners to join.
- Assist vendors in downloading the app, completing registration, NIN verification, profile picture upload, business‑hours setup, service listing with pricing, and uploading high‑quality portfolio images.
Required profile
- Lives in or is very familiar with one of the target Lagos locations (Admiralty Way, Orchid, Chevron, Agungi, Osapa, Victoria Island, Ajah).
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable approaching business owners; owns a smartphone with reliable internet.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently; prior field sales or business‑development experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Yoruba.
