About the role
The Managing Director will lead Opticrest Consulting’s banking division, shaping strategy and driving growth across the organization. Reporting directly to the Board, the role is responsible for delivering financial targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the bank’s strategic objectives.
- Drive business growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Lead the executive management team and oversee daily operations.
- Build strategic partnerships and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 13 years of banking experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
