Manager

About the role

The Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of StreSERT Integrated Limited, ensuring that programmes, finance, fundraising and stakeholder engagement are aligned with the charity’s strategic objectives. This senior position reports to the Board of Trustees and works closely with the Treasurer and fundraising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operations plan that supports the charity’s mission.
• Oversee daily operational activities, including IT and financial systems maintenance.
• Manage programme delivery, evaluation, reporting to funders and development of new initiatives.
• Control income and expenditure budgets, process grants and donations, and ensure compliance with UK/Nigeria charity regulations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and supervision of staff and volunteers.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, beneficiaries and represent the charity at events.
• Design and execute marketing and communications strategies, including website and social‑media content.
• Ensure policies, procedures and safeguarding standards are up‑to‑date and adhered to.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of relevant experience, preferably in a non‑profit or charitable organisation.
• Mid‑level qualification with proven operations management experience.
• Strong understanding of charity financial regulations in the UK and Nigeria.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, grants and fundraising activities.
• Excellent people‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
