Management Trainee – Rotational Program

About the role

Join Fortune House Network Limited as a Management Trainee and rotate across core business units to develop a comprehensive understanding of our entertainment, events and sport operations. You will work closely with senior leaders, leveraging AI and digital tools to drive efficiency and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to learn end‑to‑end company processes and client delivery.
• Utilise AI tools, process automation and digital platforms to optimise workflows.
• Audit, analyse and manage complex operational data while ensuring data security and accuracy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic projects, policy research and process redesign.
• Prepare data‑driven reports, present findings and propose operational solutions to department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top Nigerian university (e.g., UNILAG, UI, OAU, Covenant University, UNN, ABU).
• Minimum of 2 years post‑graduation professional experience.
• Under 30 years of age at the time of application.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI applications, workflow automation or modern software tools.
• High attention to data sensitivity, detail orientation and experience handling confidential metrics.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable operational recommendations.
• Proficiency or working knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus.
