Managed Services NOC Supervisor

About the role

The Managed Services NOC Supervisor will lead the Network Operations Center for Alfred & Victoria Associates in Lagos. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees the delivery of 24/7 network services, ensures timely resolution of incidents and drives a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Managed Service Desk and South‑South network operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Lead detection, logging and resolution of network and customer issues, acting as the primary escalation point for major incidents.
• Ensure network alerts and equipment faults are diagnosed and resolved within defined timelines.
• Handle all customer‑related telephone calls within agreed service windows.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc backhaul, customer and performance reports.
• Coordinate maintenance routine services and customer access requests (MCLS and ILA sites) within stipulated periods.
• Respond to call‑out tickets from the customer NOC promptly.
• Interface with internal and external customers on operational issues using company standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 96 months (8 years) of experience in network operations or managed services.
• Proven ability to supervise NOC technicians and engineers, including recruitment, scheduling, mentoring and performance evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
