Machine Operator – Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to run our Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machine at our Lagos facility. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production of concrete blocks while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machine safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and ensure dimensional accuracy of produced blocks.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Record production data accurately and report any faults or issues promptly.
• Follow all operational and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience operating an Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machine.
• SSCE, OND or relevant technical qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Operation of Automatic Hydraulic Block Moulding Machines.
• Understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of block moulding production processes.
• Basic preventive maintenance and minor fault troubleshooting.
