Logistics Analyst

About the role

The Logistics Analyst will oversee daily order fulfilment and shipment activities for our marketplace platform. You will work closely with third‑party logistics providers, the Customer Experience team, and internal operations to ensure timely deliveries and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor order fulfilment, track delivery performance and resolve logistics issues.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation and operational trackers.
• Analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for logistics monitoring.
• Source, onboard and review logistics partners, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with Technology and Operations teams on improvements.
• Support the Customer Experience team on logistics escalations and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment or related data analysis roles, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
