Lead Conversion Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Conversion Specialist to join our automotive sales team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries across multiple channels and will guide prospects through the sales journey from initial interest to vehicle purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads received via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and other digital platforms.
• Qualify, segment and prioritize prospects based on needs, budget, timeline and vehicle requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of each prospect’s status and ensure consistent follow‑up throughout the sales funnel.
• Conduct product presentations, arrange test drives, prepare quotations and negotiate terms while protecting company interests.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional automotive products and services.
• Re‑engage cold or inactive leads and nurture long‑term relationships with potential buyers.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple enquiries and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling phone calls, WhatsApp, email and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Basic knowledge of automotive products, financing options and sales processes.
