Lead & Client Engagement Executive

About the role

The Lead & Client Engagement Executive will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to post‑sale support. This role bridges sales, proposal preparation and client onboarding within Geoinfotech’s geospatial services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, email, WhatsApp, website and referrals.
• Maintain a structured lead pipeline, qualify leads and hand them to the Sales Manager when appropriate.
• Prepare and dispatch proposals and invoices, track their status and follow up to close deals.
• Onboard new clients after deal closure and maintain regular post‑sale communication.
• Gather client feedback, monitor satisfaction and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships across real estate, construction, environmental and government sectors.
• Track all interactions in the CRM and generate regular reports on lead conversion and engagement metrics.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

Required profile

• BSc in Geography, GIS, Surveying, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, business development or client engagement within GIS, mapping or surveying services.
• Strong understanding of geospatial services such as mapping, spatial analysis, land surveying and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical GIS solutions to non‑technical audiences.
