Junior Software Developer – React & TypeScript

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team in Lagos. You will work on building and enhancing web applications using modern technologies, delivering reliable features that power our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve software applications and platform features.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering standards.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues affecting functionality and performance.
• Build and integrate APIs, services, and application components as required.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for features and system components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience developing with React, TypeScript, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and debug software applications.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Detail‑oriented execution mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
