About the role
The Junior Accountant will support Ewa Consulting's finance team in managing accounting for its real‑estate subsidiaries. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing consolidated statements and ensuring compliance with industry‑specific regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date financial records for all subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including inter‑company reconciliations and eliminations.
- Ensure compliance with real‑estate construction accounting, REIT fund management, micro‑finance bank guidelines, fintech payment reconciliation, and hospitality revenue accounting.
- Track project costs and support statutory filing requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple subsidiaries.
