IT/CCTV Analyst

About the role

The IT/CCTV Analyst will ensure the smooth operation of our surveillance infrastructure while providing essential IT support across the office. This onsite position combines technical expertise in CCTV systems with general IT troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs and related equipment.
• Install and configure new surveillance devices and integrate them with existing networks.
• Provide hardware, software and network support to staff.
• Manage storage, retrieval and archiving of surveillance footage.
• Conduct routine system checks, preventive maintenance and generate performance reports.
• Assist in the implementation of security and IT policies.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least two years of hands‑on experience with CCTV installation, maintenance and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
• Residence in or around Ajao Estate is preferred.
