IT Support Officer / Developer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer who will also contribute to internal software development. The role combines day‑to‑day technical support with the design and maintenance of custom applications, ensuring smooth operations across all office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain hardware and software, keeping accurate asset records.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) including user accounts, licenses, MFA and security policies.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls to maintain optimal network performance.
• Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, file‑sharing systems and perform regular updates and health checks.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal software applications, automation tools, APIs and ERP modules.
• Support ERP implementation, troubleshoot issues, manage user permissions and assist with testing.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, restrict unauthorized content and monitor compliance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of experience in IT support and software development.
• Proven ability to handle both infrastructure and application‑level tasks.
