IT Support Intern

About the role

Vethan Concepts Group Limited (VCGL) is seeking an IT Support Intern for its corporate office in Ogudu, Lagos State. This full‑time internship is designed for NYSC corps members or recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in enterprise‑level technical support, hardware maintenance and network administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software and network issues, troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 services for new and existing users.
• Handle user onboarding tasks such as account creation, email setup, password resets and routine antivirus updates.
• Assist in basic network monitoring, document support tickets and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
• Support senior IT staff during software deployments, hardware upgrades and other technology projects across group subsidiaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Eligible NYSC corps members (PPA) or recent NYSC graduates.
• Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn and good communication skills.
