IT Support Engineer – Web, Network & Graphic Design

About the role

Skyview Capital is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain and enhance its digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for website management, network and system administration, hardware support, and graphic design for marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, update, and maintain the company website, ensuring security, performance, and responsiveness.
• Install, configure, and manage LAN infrastructure, routers, switches, wireless access points and monitor network performance.
• Administer Windows operating systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, maintaining an IT asset inventory.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, banners and social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain IT documentation, enforce data security policies, and deliver user training on IT systems.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, networking or web development.
