About the role
Reliance Health is looking for an IT Support Associate to join its Lagos office. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing both onsite assistance to local staff and remote support to global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to help‑desk tickets and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Provide onsite support for Lagos‑based employees and remote assistance for international users.
- Track and maintain an inventory of IT assets, including laptops, printers and routers.
- Set up and remove user accounts during onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and hardware purchases.
- Assist with internet, firewall and office network configuration.
- Run routine system checks and escalate complex technical issues as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- OND/HND or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 and common email platforms.
- Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, printers and routers.
- Basic network setup and firewall configuration.
