About the role

Libra Motors is seeking an IT Support / Administrator to provide on-site technical support across Lagos Mainland. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems while supporting staff. The position is based on-site in Lagos Mainland. Key duties include hardware and software support, network troubleshooting, and IT security monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support.
• Troubleshoot network and server issues.
• Install and configure IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT security.
• Assist with IT project implementation.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Train staff on IT systems and best practices.

Required profile

• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
